Dear Taurus,
As I’m writing this at the start of 2023, the Nodes are transiting the Taurus-Scorpio axis, at 11 degrees. Until July 16 2023, this transit continues to create ‘content’ for the world and for you around money matters.
The North Node in Taurus stirs situations and brings to surface matters around your earned income, how you feel about your possessions, so self worth matters, what’s valuable to you. Note that the nodes’ transit brings karma that needs to be balanced, from their previous ingress into Taurus, which happened 18–19 years ago (and 36–37 years ago, and so on).
The South Node in Scorpio is also about karma, but this time around shared property, such as mortgage, inheritance, stock or business associations.
The Lunar Nodes ingress into Taurus-Scorpio in January 2022, so the vibe of their influence is something that set the tone of the year that just passed. And what’s that vibe? Nodes (karma) in money signs = shuffles in personal income, self worth & net worth, personal values (Taurus) and shared property, that potentially involves also deep emotion, sex, or death (Scorpio). Karma needs balancing. Wherever excess experienced in the past will have opportunities for being balanced now (complementary or opposite).

The North Node is about lessons you are here to learn, so what you’ll experience may baffle you at first, but the symbolism of the North Node is showing you what you are here in this lifetime to master. What these 3 factors tell us: you may feel an inner calling (12th house) to start something (Aries) that you’ve been dreaming about and the world is lining up opportunities for you to do just that (North Node: it’s karmic, and it brings something that feels new/unknown). To me, this seems like the classic inner drive to start a business/ start dancing/ singing/ going back to school to become a doctor/ whatever your heart desires (and what your other factors in your natal chart show).
The North Node and the South Node are always in opposite signs, so they will show an opposition between what you want for YOURSELF (Aries) and the needs of the RELATIONSHIP (Libra). Classical opposition between the time/space/resources needed to work on your own dream and the needs (work, routines) in a couple, marriage or even an existing close relationship, like with a co-founder or even a parent, if you are involved in something lucrative together.
I mentioned the nodes bring karma to be balanced from 18 to 19 years ago, so think about what you were experiencing during 2004–2005; it’s being balanced now. Look for patterns. For example, if 19 years ago you were a teenager, you were naturally drawn towards finding yourself and gaining independence (Aries). Now, you might find yourself in a relationship, where you experience the independence of the adult: likely you live at your own place and have your own income and decide for yourself, but you have responsibilities and a lower freedom to do whatever you please than you expected back then, 18–19 years ago.
So dear Taurus, know it’s coming, it’s fated and these two dimensions of life need to be balanced: the self and the relationship. You will make the best decisions for yourself, every step of the way.
