Dear Pisces,
2023 is going to be a year you’ll remember, that’s for sure!
Significant lessons are coming up for review or for the first time lecture. Not just the Nodes are changing sign this year, beating a different drum starting July 17, 2023, but you’ve probably already heard that Saturn, the neighbor few people like in the Zodiac, is making an ingress in Pisces on March 7, 2023.
Saturn takes 28 years to go round the Zodiac, and his transit through Pisces, in your 1st house of your public life, is likely to challenge you, in terms of self image, self identity, physical appearance and reputation.
It’s not you, it’s him! Saturn. Don’t worry, all Sun signs get a 2 1/2 year stay from Saturn and everybody goes through this. To have an honorable experience with Saturn: don’t take sneaky shortcuts with anything related to your 1st house or 7th house, which Saturn will oppose (your close relationships, the couple or the marriage). Do what’s right, not what’s easy. If there is a temporary discomfort, try to see this as the inevitable process of learning — because Saturn brings a lesson, and a reward, if you give it your best. At the end of this 2 1/2 year transit, the reward might be a boost for your reputation, an improved physical appearance or a greater self-confidence. Now the Nodes.
As I’m writing this in early February 2023, the Nodes are in Taurus-Scorpio. That, for the Globe, means balancing karma about money, valuables, and values. They bring a potential you’ve experienced 18 to 19 years ago (or 36 to 37 years ago and so on). Not the same events, rather, you’ll have opportunities to experience firsthand the other side of the coin, vs. last time the Nodes were in that Axis.
The Nodes in Taurus-Scorpio Jan 2022 — July 16, 2023
January 2022 until July, 16, 2023: the Nodes are in your 3rd house of communication, short distance travel & siblings (Taurus/ North Node) and your 9th house of higher learning, long distance travel and anything foreign (Scorpio/ South Node).
The South Node, in a sign, brings situations for which you have an inner knowing about. You have an intuitive feel about those. As a deep inquirer, Pisces, the 9th house, which is about broadening the mind, in deep Scorpio — didn’t challenge you that much during this 18 month transit.
But the Nodes always are interpreted in opposition. They always move together, 180 degrees apart and the North Node in Taurus, for sure, brought something related to money in your life; maybe it is the inflation increase that affects you, same as everybody else. The North Node brings the new lessons to be learned. Some that might imply experiences that feel uncomfortable, because they’re new. Something new related to siblings or cousins, perhaps? And involving earned money? Or maybe some new business opportunities, in your local area or online, that feel very new to you and you don’t know for sure what is the best approach.
The Nodes bring karma from 18 to 19 years ago, so what were you planting back then, is likely you’ll reap now.
The Nodes in Aries-Libra Jan 2022 — July 16, 2023
Starting July 17 2023, the Nodes shift into Aries (North Node)-Libra (South Node).
For you dear Pisces, that means your 2nd house of earned money and valuables (also personal values) in Aries, and your 8th house of shared money (through marriage, like mortgages, or inheritances — from family; also stock- a form of shared money creation).
So, for you dear Pisces, the money story continues for an additional 18 months. But not just money, but what is valuable. Sometimes money isn’t the most important value for you, and this transit into Aries-Libra, will help you re-define your personal values (especially since Aries is the sign of individuality and self identity and self leadership, in your 2nd house in the public chart, in Zero Aries house system). It will all feel new to you and yes, you are balancing karma from the past. What were you planting 18 to 19 years ago?
In Libra, the relationships house, the South Node brings something you’ve dealt with before. You instinctively know where all is going: it’s about sharing money in a personal relationship. Whatever challenges you in your 2nd house of earned money in Aries, is in opposition (and that yes, is a difficult aspect) to the couple/marriage or a close relationship, in Libra. Now these two are linked, and they’re karmic.
So be prepared, be patient, be compassionate. Consult any relevant professional regarding money decisions. Calculate, check, and re-check. Sometimes we forget other people are also being triggered by the Nodes, just as we are — because every Sun sign has a distinct set of houses activated. So, they have their own issues too, so add to your patience and wisdom reservoir until 2025, when… Saturn will leave Pisces, and the Nodes will move from Aries-Libra into… Pisces-Virgo until mid 2026. Yep, again!
